Job Title: Workshop Assistant

Hours & Salary:

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the workshop team with container repairs, preparation, and conversions.
Convert containers into various end uses, such as site offices, welfare units, accommodation, workshops, and more.
Specific tasks include:
- Lining and insulating container offices
- Installing vinyl flooring
- Timber frame construction
- Basic carpentry (kitchen installation)
- General fitting of construction components
- Forklift operation (preferable but not essential)
- Manual labour assistance
- Final cleaning of units before delivery.

Qualifications/Skills:

Background in construction, engineering, or manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
Good problem solving skills and ability to work under general supervision.
Dynamic, energetic, and highly organized and adapt to different tasks.
