Production Operative

We are recruiting for Production Operatives for a client based in Daventry. This is a role working for a company who offer long term work and a stable job.

Location: Daventry

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm, Early finish on a Friday.

Pay Rate: 12.47 per hour holiday accrued or 13.97 per hour holiday paid (holiday pay paid ontop of hourly rate)

Duties:

• Lifting of items onto production lines
• Moving goods around the factory
• Assisting with the manufacturing and assembly process
• Operating machinery and production equipment
• Conducting quality checks to ensure high standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health & safety guidelines

The ideal candidate must:

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• Previous experience working with metal/in fabrication
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take on new challenges
