JOB TITLE: Bid Writer

LOCATION: Hybrid / Birmingham

SALARY: 40,000- 45,000 per Annum + Excellent Company Benefits

HOURS: Full Time

PSR Solutions are excited to be partnering with a dedicated & inspiring healthcare provider supporting adults with Autism & Learning Disabilities, in their search for a talented & successful Bid Writer with the opportunity of Hybrid working.

As Bid Writer , you'll craft compelling tender submissions, securing new contracts and retaining existing ones. You'll collaborate with teams across the organisation, using strong writing, analytical, and project management skills to showcase their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, persuasive bids that highlight service delivery excellence.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and data for submissions.
• Manage pre-qualification questionnaires and tender portals.
• Ensure bids meet all specification and evaluation criteria.
• Using exceptional report writing skills for efficient tender preparation.
• Track submission progress and continuously improve success rates.

Experience

• Proven & demonstrable bid writing experience with a considerable success rate (or evidence of exceptional writing ability).
• Excellent research, editing, and proofing skills with attention to detail - ability to digest, interpret and present a range of information.
• Highly organised with the ability to work at pace, managing multiple deadlines, whilst maintaining first class standards of quality.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster positive collaborative relationships both externally and internally.
• Knowledge of health & social care, supported accommodation & housing, or young people's services.
