Finisher/ Multi trader

Location: Scarborough
Rate: 20 - 23 per hour (to be discussed based on experience)
Hours: 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
Contract Length: 10 months

We are looking for an experienced Finisher to join a busy housing development site in Scarborough . This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled worker to secure well-paid work on a high-quality project.

• Carrying out final finishing works to ensure houses are completed to a high standard

• Patch plastering, caulking, snagging, and minor joinery work

• Ensuring all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings meet quality expectations

• Touch-up painting and general repairs as needed

• Working closely with site managers to complete final snag lists

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Valid CSCS card (essential)

• Proven experience as a Finisher on a housing site

• High attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Own tools and PPE (hard hat, high-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• 20 - 23 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

• 10-month contract with steady, ongoing work
