Contracts Manager

POSITION : CONTRACTS MANAGER

LOCATION: ANDOVER

SALARY: GBP60,000 - GBP75,000 PLUS CAR ALLOWANCE FOR AN EXPERIENCED CONTRACTS MANAGER

Working hours
• 42.75 Hours per week
• Working 07:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 to 16:00pm on Fridays,

Experience required of the Contracts Manager:

• Main Contractor experience
• Programming Skills
• High-end Residential experience
• Traditional JTC Contracting
• Knowedge of ASTA

Must live within 45 minutes commute of Andover
