Are you a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for your next exciting opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded early years setting in the beautiful area in Abingdon. Working 3 to 4 days a week.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and well-resourced early years environment. As a valued member of the team, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating space for children to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Monitor and record children progress, ensuring every child receives the support they need.
• Promote a safe and inclusive environment that supports children well-being.
• Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in an early years setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting children development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
