Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with case management for family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases.
• Drafting legal documents such as letters, court applications, and statements.
• Liaising with clients, opposing parties, and court officials.
• Managing and organizing client files and legal documents.
• Providing general administrative support to solicitors within the family law team.
• Attending meetings with clients and assisting in the preparation of evidence and case strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working within family law is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
