Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting elderly individuals in their daily activities, ensuring they are comfortable, safe, and well-cared for. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Helping with mobility and moving patients safely
- Supporting daily activities such as meal preparation and eating assistance
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Administering medication as required and following care plans
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks
- Documenting care provided and reporting any concerns to senior staff
