Part-Qualified Accountant

Strive Staffing Solutions is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Part-Qualified Accountant to join a dynamic and growing team in Farnborough, Hampshire.

Location : Farnborough, Hampshire
Hybrid Working : 2 days from home, 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Salary : 45,000 - 50,000 per year

What You'll Do

• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure accurate financial reconciliations and maintain master data in SAP B1 and Tagetik systems.
• Approve bank payments, freelancers' invoices, and handle HMRC reporting (P11ds, PSA).
• Support audit preparations and assist team members as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Part-qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent (or qualified by experience).
• Industry experience, ideally in construction or large industrial plants.
• Proficiency in IFRS, UK GAAP accounting, SAP/SAP B1, and MS Excel.
• Adaptable, resilient, and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
