Qualified English Teacher

Supply Star Recruitment are seeking a Qualified English Teacher to join a talented team. This is an exciting opportunity to help students develop a deep appreciation for English literature and language , while equipping them with the skills they need for academic and personal success

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for KS5).

Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and a love of reading in students.

Use diverse teaching strategies to cater to a range of learning abilities.

Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing targeted support where needed.

Maintain high expectations for behaviour, effort, and engagement .

Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and schemes of work .

You must have UK Qualified Teacher Status to be considered for this role.
