A leading specialist in the installation of floor and wall finishes across multiple property types, have an exciting new opportunity available for a Quantity Surveyor to run projects and join their award winning commercial team, providing exemplary post contract work.

Duties

• Schedule of Values and Cost Reporting
• Advance Approvals
• Contract Changes
• Contract Status
• Final Accounts
• Payment Certifying
• Management of Contracts

Project values range from GBP100K to GBP1M and sectors cover include Sport & Leisure, Healthcare, Airports, Commercial, Defence, Hotels and Education.

Person Spec

• Able to deliver post contract work to Final Accounts
• Experience working on projects within Internals, Fit-Out, Refurbs, Maintenance that would involve involving flooring packages.
• UK experience
• Good team player
• Self Motivated
