3. Foster a safe and supportive environment for both staff and service users.
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services, making improvements where necessary.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.
Desirable Experience:
1. Proven experience in managing care services for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in the care sector.
5. Experience in developing and implementing care plans.
6. Ability to handle challenging behaviours with patience and empathy.
