Job role: Multi trader

Location: Somerset

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks in different trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Working with other team members and contractors to gain good project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader.
• Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry, or another related field.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.

Skills:

• Plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused approach with good communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
