Airconditioning Engineer

Job Details

Vital are working with a major mechanical, electrical and air conditioning installation and servicing contractor who are currently looking to recruit an air conditioning engineer.

The company work in partnership with major main contractors on design and build projects. Designing and installing heating, ventilation, hot and cold-water services, gas installations, air conditioning, electrical and control systems.

As an air conditioning engineer, you will be responsible for: -

• Routine maintenance and repairs on air conditioning systems.
• Work closely with clients to ensure the highest of standards across all projects.
• Perform installation of new AC units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot.
• Diagnose, fault find and resolve air conditioning units within commercial projects.
• Undertake general maintenance and carry out repairs.
• Work to the highest levels of H&S standards and company compliance.
• Keep and maintain accurate records.
  

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Installation and commissioning of Air-Conditioning.
• Proven experience in air conditioning installation within design and build construction projects.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Valid UK driving licence.
