National Electrical & Instrumentation Contractor that works in the following sectors Oil & Gas / Chemicals, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Mining, Power & Renewables, Industrial & Manufacturing, Commercial & Retail.



Job Details

Experenced Technical Clerk required for contractor working on a large battery storage facility site / project in Essex

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration: Managing weekly time sheets for payroll, controlling stationary & office equipment, assisting with onboarding personnel to site

Document Control: Updating drawing registers, compiling packs and handover documents with QA/QC

Material Management / Purchasing: supplier quotes and purchase requisitions, goods received notes, purchasing of stationary / office equipment

Commercial & Cost Control Administration: Compiling & maintaining records, databases and spreadsheets

Key Competencies:

  • Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Proven track record as Technical Clerk on previous projects
