Marketing Account Manager Loughborough £30-37k VR/10441 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled account manager with a background in marketing and comms to project manage a variety of client programmes and plans. The primary focus of the position is on Client Account Management and driving digital communications. Your role will involve: * Each aspect of the campaign is project managed by the Account Manager, with support from the Account Director and subject experts. * This includes a review of the initial data target & reward structure, design, website creation, content management, registrations, comms plan including email, SMS, Social Media and other channels. * The Account Manager will work with the Data & Insight Team for data, the Website, Email & Graphics Manager (in-house & freelance) for the comms * Implementation: general project management, website development (bespoke or platform), content management and administration support on client programs * Client management: managing requests from clients, taking briefs, presenting ideas & sharing programme updates & reporting insight to drive each programme forward. * Creative: liaise with designers to help develop creative concepts digitally and in print, set up and update website content (copy, images, videos) using our content management system * Communications: Create and manage effective communication plans across digital and print. To include design direction, email template set up, web page set up (basic HTML understanding), content and scheduling of communications. * Data management: verifying data, interrogating and testing to ensure data received meets the requirements for the programme. * Budget Management of each programme managed with commercial focus to drive GP on accounts * Attend and lead appropriate face-to-face meetings as and when required You will be the ideal candidate due to your: * Previous account management experience ideally within an agency * Experienced in marketing and digital communications * Experience in social media, email marketing, website management * Enthusiastic, self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills internally, clients and suppliers * Able to work as part of a team to deliver and share knowledge * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Good understanding of excel and data analysis * Commercially aware and customer-focused * Knowledge of digital marketing techniques * Excellent project management & time management skills * Possessing an eye for detail and strong focus on accuracy * Thirst for innovation * Excellent time management and organisational skills * Positive and adaptable approach to problem solving
