Office Based, commutable from Stockport, Congleton, Buxton, Knutsford, Macclesfield, Manchester and surrounding areas

25,000 - 30,000 + Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (35hrs) + Training + Company Pension (up to 10%) + Free Parking + Company Benefits (Life Assurance, Sick Pay, Free Refreshments) + 25 Days Holiday

Having been around for almost a century, this company have continued to grow and expand into new markets and are looking for a Finance Accountant to help with their expansion and join their close-knit team in Macclesfield by offering a generous package as well the opportunity for the right candidate to develop themselves within the business.

The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to provide key support to the Head of the Finance team and work alongside internal/ external suppliers and customers. The successful candidate will be tasked with a broad scope of responsibilities such as purchase ledgers, payroll, accounts etc. You will also manage and be responsible planning process and monitoring of business performance to ensure that it is in line with the company goals

THE ROLE:
Provide budgeting process including detailed business plans, forecasts and reporting
Improve financial process in line with company expansion
Work closely with suppliers and customers

THE PERSON:
Accountancy qualification - AAT/ACA/ACCA
Hyperion/ Oracle/ EPM, Power BI or similar software experience
Previous experience as a Financial Account/ Assistant/ Controller or Analyst
