The Role of an Assistant Restaurant Manager

Together with the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Food and Beverage Department. You will be working with a very dynamic Food and Beverage team who are fully committed to providing the best possible service to all or guests.

To be successful you will be self-motivated with a positive "can do" attitude. You will have excellent attention to detail and be committed to providing outstanding service to guests. Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, possess a genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and always strive to go above and beyond for guests.
