Your Role & Impact: * Deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations and industry standards. * Lead and oversee the entire design process, from proposals to construction. * Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and company policies. * Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. * Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring seamless project execution. * Drive innovation, keeping up to date with the latest design technologies and processes. What We’re Looking For: * Keen eye for detail and drawing presentation * Strong technical knowledge of construction / manufacturing practices (DfMA) * Strong project management and organisational skills. * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. * Ability to integrate design seamlessly with overall project objectives.
