About the Company Our client is striving to become the top provider of data-driven marketing and analytics in the Sports Betting and iGaming sectors. They leverage deep industry knowledge, proprietary technology, and expert media execution to deliver impactful results. Specialising in cutting-edge acquisition and retention strategies across Meta, Programmatic, PPC, and alternative traffic channels, they excel in regulated, grey, and blackhat advertising methods, particularly for crypto casinos and sportsbooks. What We Are Recruiting For? We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Meta Ads, Paid Search, and Programmatic. What You Will Be Doing? * Develop and execute high-scale paid media strategies for iGaming, sportsbook, and crypto casino clients. * Manage high-budget acquisition campaigns across Meta, Programmatic DSPs, Twitter (X), and PPC. * Deploy blackhat gambling advertising tactics to ensure sustained ad approval and scalable performance. * Implement pre-deposit, post-deposit, and reactivation funnels to maximise conversion rates. * Launch and manage Programmatic campaigns via DSPs such as Propeller Ads, AdCash, DV360, Xandr, and The Trade Desk. * Leverage first-party data, CRM segmentation, and automation tools for improved audience targeting. * Collaborate with creative teams to A/B test ad variations, landing pages, and user flows. * Optimise bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and attribution models. * Stay ahead of Meta’s policy changes, regulatory shifts, and emerging industry trends. * Provide detailed campaign reporting and actionable insights to internal stakeholders. What You Will Bring To The Party and Who Are You? * Expert in performance marketing across Meta, Programmatic, Twitter (X), and PPC. * Data-driven, optimising FTD, CPA, and LTV-focused campaigns. * Experienced in emerging markets (LATAM, Africa, Asia) and crypto casino growth. * Skilled in high-budget acquisition and retention campaigns. * Proactive in handling compliance challenges and ad restrictions. * 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally in iGaming, sportsbook, or crypto casinos. * Strong background in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Programmatic buying. * Deep knowledge of blackhat advertising and gambling ad workarounds. * Proven success in multimarket campaigns and emerging regions. * Expertise in tracking, attribution models, and ad fraud prevention.
