Senior Accountant

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated RTR Senior Accountant to join our client's team. In this role, you will manage General Ledger accounting and serve as the primary Relationship Manager for various entities. You will also support our Bluestream SAP project, focusing on financial compliance and process improvements. Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders. Contribute to defining service standards and managing service partnership agreements. Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure ledger integrity and compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Oversee month-end close processes, including P&L and balance sheet analysis, review, reconciliation, and resolution. Interact with auditors and support audits by providing accurate data and communication. Evaluate and implement process improvements. Develop and assess internal controls related to accounting and financial reporting systems. Support Statutory Accounting and VAT programs within International GFS. Key Skills and Requirements: Qualified accountant with experience in a multi-country RTR environment. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local European statutory and tax reporting requirements. Proficiency in Oracle or equivalent, and Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience in Shared Services and a global finance function is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple functions and cultures. Ability to travel as necessary.
