Finance Biller (Legal)

This Finance Biller position is an exciting opportunity for a junior finance candidate looking to specialize in legal billings, or continue their legal billings experience.

Client Details

My client are a well-established law firm based in City of London with finance teams based across the UK. They are continuing to grow their London finance team and are therefore looking to hire a new Finance Biller.

Description

• Preparing and sending client bills
• Liaising with fee earners to ensure clients are billed in a timely manner
• Monitoring client balances and where required, following up with clients to ensure bills are paid
• Chasing clients where amounts are outstanding
• Providing support to the Finance Manager, where required
• Supporting improvement initiatives, including billing process improvement and automation
• Additional transactional Finance processing duties

Profile

A successful 'Finance Biller' should have:

• Billings experience (legal billings highly desired)
• Strong day to day experience using excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter, hard-working, team-player

Job Offer

• 30,000 salary - 35,000 salary
• Permanent contract
• 5 days in office, flex to 3-4 days in office after probation
