CNC Manual Machinist
We are looking for skilled
Manual Machinists
to join our team, machining
centrifugally spun castings
for the
Aerospace and Power Generation
industries. While time-served experience is preferred, it is not essential. You will be working with a variety of
stainless alloys
, ensuring precision and high-quality machining.
Key Responsibilities:

Machine
large castings
to precise specifications and tolerances.

Operate
manual machines
, including
lathes
and
vertical borers
.

Meet production deadlines efficiently without compromising on quality.

Conduct
visual inspections
of machined castings to ensure accuracy.

Properly label
swarf drums
for correct alloy identification.
-
Work both
independently
and as part of a
collaborative team
with minimal supervision.

Adhere to
safety standards
and company procedures at all times.
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years
of machining experience in a manufacturing setting.

Ability to
read and interpret engineering drawings
for precise component production.

Skilled in working to
tight tolerances
and using measuring equipment accurately.

Strong
attention to detail
and a commitment to
high-quality standards
.

Capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.

Self-motivated with a
team-oriented mindset
.

Flexible approach to work, including
overtime
and
shift work
when required.

Solid understanding of
health & safety regulations, environmental standards,
and
quality control processes
