Location: Northwest Salary: £36,000 + Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, specialising in solar panels, retrofitting, air source heat pumps, and mechanical ventilation systems. Reporting to the Head of Renewables & Operations, you will oversee electrical installations, ensuring compliance with MCS, BS 7671, and industry regulations while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Team Leadership: Supervise electricians, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant installations. * Compliance & Quality Control: Conduct audits, oversee testing, and ensure adherence to industry standards. * Project Coordination: Work closely with the Renewables Manager to plan and execute electrical installations. * Health & Safety: Enforce safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and mitigate risks. * Reporting & Documentation: Maintain compliance records using MEG software and provide updates to senior management. * Training & Development: Support team growth through training and continuous improvement initiatives.
