We are currently seeking experienced Band 5 RGNs to join our team at The Fiennes Centre, Banbury, as part of the District Nursing – North team. This is an exciting agency opportunity where you will be providing high-quality care in the community for patients with a wide range of needs. Key Responsibilities: Catheter care: Male and female catheterization management. End of Life Care: Providing compassionate care to patients nearing the end of life. Syringe Drivers: Administering medication using syringe drivers as required. Wound care and leg dressings: Applying and managing wound care treatments and leg dressings. Injectable medication: Administering injectable medications, including insulin and others as required. Medication administration: Safely administering prescribed medication to patients. Managing drains: Care for patients with chest or wound drains. Compression bandaging: Application of compression bandages where necessary.What We Are Looking For: Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN. Experience in community nursing or willingness to work in the community setting. Strong skills in wound care, end-of-life care, catheter management, and injectable medications. Full and valid driving licence and access to a car for work purposes (as this is a community-based role). Ability to work independently and provide high-quality care to patients in the community setting.
