Part-Time Housekeeper

Near Woodstock * £36,000 pro rata (£21,525 pa) * Annual bonus * 8am to 4pm, 3 days per week * Weekend availability required and flexible schedule – not fixed days per week The Burford Recruitment Company is delighted to be working with a luxurious property near Woodstock that is seeking three dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeepers to join their small and friendly team. This is a second home, so the owners are not in permanent residence, however they regularly host groups of friends, corporate events, and shooting events. Additionally, the house operates occasionally as a high-end holiday rental. Key Responsibilities * Support the Head Housekeeper in maintaining luxury standards across all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and pool room * Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing * Manage household laundry when the principals are in residence, including washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe organisation * Ensure the home is organised and clutter-free * Provide additional support during the owner’s residence, especially when they are entertaining guests and hosting shooting events Skill and attributes required * Previous housekeeping experience is essential, preferably in a private household or luxury hospitality setting * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards * Flexible and willing to assist other team members with various tasks * Discreet, reliable, and professional in all interactions * Own transport is essential due to the rural location
