Assistant Merchandiser

Accept Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading fast fashion supplier experiencing continued growth. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join their team in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting key merchandising functions and driving company success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with customer Buyers and Merchandisers on all aspects of production.
• Managing sample submissions and approvals to meet client expectations.
• Raising new orders, creating internal job sheets, and updating systems.
• Critical Path Management monitoring production timelines (training available if needed).
• Coordinating with internal departments such as Merchandising, Production, Sales, and Design.
• Assisting with administration tasks including creating packing lists and organising final deliveries.

What We re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience (supplier or retail side).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and customers.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Experience in fast fashion and an understanding of sales support.

Shifts and salary:

• Monday Friday
• 9 30
• GBP27,000 - GBP29000 per annum
