M365 Modern Workplace Specialist

Salary: GBP48,900.00 - GBP54,800.00 + company Benefits
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in West Midlands)
We are currently seeking M365 SME who will be responsible for managing and maintaining M365 Modern Workplace, providing - technical expertise and support to internal stakeholders and managing the organisations Email, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams, Azure Active Directory, and other Office 365 related cloud-based services.
Knowledge:
* Knowledge of the following Microsoft Products:
o Exchange Online/Outlook
o SharePoint Online
o Viva Engage
o Power Platform
o Teams
o OneDrive for Business
o Azure Active Directory/Entra ID
* Microsoft role-based certification - Associate, and relevant product certifications.
* Capable of supporting Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI.
* Ability to understand and apply security principles.
* Knowledge of ITIL Standards & Processes along with how to apply them.
* To be educated to degree level and/or holder of relevant professional certification (eg ITIL, TOGAF/COBIT, Prince2, or an equivalent framework).
Experience:
* Previous experience in System Administrator/Analyst or Application Support roles
* Minimum 3 years' experience with Microsoft M365/O365
* Preference for those that have worked with a user base of 2000+ Users and experience of working with an MSP.
* Experience with specific technology specialisms within the Microsoft stack.
* Experience in dealing with demanding customer interaction and leading business and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
* Must hold or be able to successfully achieve and maintain NPPV3 with SC
