About the Role
Simply Education is seeking dedicated and passionate Childcare Practitioners to join an exceptional early years setting in Manchester (M25 1QP). As a Childcare Practitioner, you will support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, providing engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote development. This role offers flexible working arrangements, including supply, short-term, and long-term positions, many of which can lead to permanent opportunities. Requirements

• Minimum six months' experience in a nursery or early years setting (enthusiastic newcomers are encouraged to apply).
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Ability to provide a 10-year checkable work and education history.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to complete two years of referencing and undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
• Support the implementation of the EYFS framework, delivering structured, fun, and educational activities.
• Foster communication, social, and cognitive development through play and creative learning experiences.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and improve the quality of care and education in the setting.
