Payroll Administrator


Our client, a leading firm of accountants based in Birmingham are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing payroll for multiple clients on a monthly basis
  • Updating employee data such as - hours worked, salaries, overtime, timesheets, etc
  • To build relationships with clients
  • Producing client payroll reports
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Tax and National Insurance deductions
  • Processing payrolls to strict multiple deadlines

Experience must include:

  • Must have experience of SSP, SMP, SPP and all statutory payments
  • Must have knowledge of processing AEO's, DEO's, Student Loans.
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Tax and National Insurance deductions
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks as you will have your own portfolio of clients
