Purchase Ledger Clerk


Search have partnered with a multi-million turnover business recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk in Newcastle-Under-LymE on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will work within a finance team of 8 supporting Purchase Ledger including - Stock invoice PO's, multi-currency ledger management for the Purchase Ledger invoices.

Key responsibilities include:
Processing multi-currency invoices and credit notes
GRNI for cash-flow
Managing ledgers, reconciling stock & goods invoices (sometimes 10-20 per day, sometimes large invoices with thousands of lines).
Updating payments.
Using Sage & Excel manage PO's and invoices.

The Ideal Candidate:
Solid Purchase Ledger background
Experience with multi-currency & stock purchase orders (POs) / GRNI - (advantageous)
Strong Excel skills
Comfortable handling high-volume transactions & complex stock invoicing.
A keen problem-solver

The Benefits:
26,000 salary + 500 annual bonus
