Location: Stevenage/Bristol/Bolton (Hybrid)

Salary: Circa GBP55K + Generous bonus

We are seeking a passionate Linux Infrastructure Specialist to join our multi-national Information Management team . In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the stability, security & performance of Linux-based systems while driving continuous improvements in infrastructure.

As an SME, you will manage and evolve our Linux, VMWare, and storage environments , ensuring high compliance and performance standards. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to critical infrastructure decisions, and work in a values-driven company that embraces innovation and diversity.

• Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux (RedHat) environments.

• Automate system deployment and configuration using Bash, Python, and Ansible.

• Manage VMWare and NetApp storage solutions.

• Support and improve containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes - advantageous).

• Implement monitoring and logging tools to maintain high service continuity.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

• Strong Linux (RedHat) expertise, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.

• Proficiency in Scripting (Bash, Python) and automation (Ansible).

• Experience with VMWare and enterprise storage (NetApp).

• Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) (preferred).
