are working with plumbing and heating contractor currently seeking a motivated and organized Site Administrator to join their dynamic team and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day administration of operations.
Maintain accurate records of activities, including attendance, deliveries, and materials.
Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence.
Facilitate communication between teams and suppliers.
Manage documentation related to health and safety compliance.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies as needed.
Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or plumbing and heating sector.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and documentation is a plus.
A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
