Gas Service And Breakdown Engineer

Example Recruitment Group are currently looking to recruit a permanent Domestic Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to work in Exeter and EX geographical areas, you will be working on Social Housing contracts for a well established heating company.

• Every Bank Holiday the work is paid at double time and paid back in lieu
• Option for as much overtime paid at at time and a half or at GBP25 per service

Geographical area: Exeter

• Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 basic Plus call-out & overtime
• Standard hours of work: 40 hour week working 8am-5:30pm
• 1 in 4 - On-call
• Standby Money; Mon Fri GBP20 / Sat & Sun GBP40
• GBP25 per call out attended.
• Overtime paid at GBP25 per job after 5:30pm
• 28 days holiday including Bank Holiday with an extra days holiday up to 33 days holiday
• Second year: Birthday off
• Company Van & Fuel Card (can use for personal use with a fee with fuel/ mileage/ insurance/ wear & tear covered)

Working on Social Housing & Local Authority contracts conducting all breakdown jobs, diagnosing, fault finding, repairs, maintenance and servicing/LGSR s.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge

Requirements:

• Domestic ACS
• Social Housing Experience (Desirable but not essential)
• Clean Driving Licence
• Hard working
