What You’ll Do: * Oversee Window and Door manufacturing from raw materials to finished products. * Manage production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency. * Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and boost output. * Ensure all products meet industry and company quality standards. * Lead and motivate the production team, fostering high performance. * Maintain and upgrade machinery to keep operations running smoothly. * Oversee inventory, supply chain, and cost control for maximum profitability. * Enforce strict health & safety regulations to ensure a secure workplace. * Drive process improvements and innovation for continuous growth.
