Drive sales growth and contribute to the company's EBITDA performance in your assigned sector. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities * Collaborate with marketing and other departments to implement effective sector sales strategies * Engage with clients of all sizes across multiple sales channels * Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the training sector * Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets * Provide insightful market feedback to inform product development and service improvements Required Knowledge and Experience: * Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in the training or education sector * Experience in developing and executing sales strategies * Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand client needs * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Knowledge of the UK training landscape is advantageous
