Senior Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a dynamic and growing team at a leading Tier 1 fit-out contractor. The successful candidate will oversee a high-profile £40m Cat A refurbishment project in the heart of Central London. This prestigious project includes the complete refurbishment of the reception, café, basement showers, and cycle facilities, along with additional works to enhance lift lobbies, external spaces (including new planting and seating areas), and the creation of new end-of-journey facilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate the work of sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders on-site. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project program, ensuring effective delivery from pre-construction to completion. Monitor site health, safety, and environmental compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices. Liaise with the Project Manager and other senior stakeholders to provide project updates, identify issues, and implement solutions. Manage and oversee the quality of work on-site, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and drawings. Ensure the efficient management of resources, including workforce, materials, and equipment. Regularly review and control project costs, providing detailed reports to senior management. Maintain excellent communication with all parties, including clients, consultants, and contractors. This role is being offered on a permanent basis with a competitive salary of up to £80,000 + Benefits & Bonus
