HR Administrator 📍 Location: Blackpool South (Close to M55) 💰 Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (DOE) 📄 Contract: Temp to Perm Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our client's HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of HR, from employee records management to recruitment support. What You'll Be Doing ✅ Updating and maintaining accurate employee records in the company database. ✅ Drafting and issuing employment offers, contracts, and other HR documents. ✅ Coordinating payroll documentation, including pay calculations, holiday entitlement, and sick leave. ✅ Organising interviews between hiring managers and candidates. ✅ Conducting pre-employment and reference checks. ✅ Processing Return to Work documents, absenteeism reports, and ensuring all required paperwork is complete. ✅ Maintaining both paper and electronic HR records.
