Role Overview:

Respond to customer technical inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and web forms. Record and follow up on quotes to convert them into orders. Collaborate with the team and maintain key account relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries and provide timely, accurate quotations.
• Follow up on quotes to secure orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Manage CRM data accurately.
