Site Manager

A leading fit-out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to join the team on a new £40m Cat A refurbishment project in the heart of Central London. Project Overview: This exciting project involves the Cat A refurbishment of a range of areas including the reception, café, basement showers, and cycle facilities. Additionally, the project will enhance lift lobbies, improve external spaces with new planting and seating areas, and create modern end-of-journey facilities. This is a high-profile project and will require excellent site management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of the project, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the site. Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments. Manage site progress, maintaining clear records of activities and reporting to senior management. Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise on site. Ensure the efficient and effective allocation of resources and materials on-site to avoid delays. Oversee the refurbishment works for the reception, café, basement showers, cycle facilities, lift lobbies, external spaces, and end-of-journey facilities. Ensure all quality standards are met and resolve any technical challenges that arise during the project. Manage the project’s program, ensuring milestones are achieved. This position is being offered on a permanent basis with a competitive salary of up to £70,000 + Bonus & Benefits
