Title: Managing Quantity Surveyor - Fit out Location: Sheffield Salary: £60,000 plus package Key Benefits Competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum Stability and opportunities to progress in a growing business 28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays) Pension scheme (3% employer contribution after qualifying period) Role & Responsibilities Oversee / manage 3 Quantity Surveyors reporting into the Managing Director Commercially manage fit out projects such as offices and commercial builds Complete cost value reports, and final accounts. Complete / submit variations Ensure projects are completed within budget. About the Company Regional fit out contractor with project values ranging from £100k to £2M. Focuses on commercial refurb projects such as offices, leisure and education A growing business with an excellent name. Required Knowledge & Experience BSc Quantity surveying.
