Warehouse Operations Assistant – Bathgate Temp to Perm Opportunity Location: Bathgate Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour Chilled Environment (5°C) Shift Details: 5 days over 7 with 1 weekend off every 3 weeks 12:00 PM start – finishing between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM Role Responsibilities: * Operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment) to move stock efficiently * Managing bookings and proof of deliveries in the Goods In department * Liaising with external suppliers to maintain smooth operations * Carrying out general admin tasks related to stock movement * Ensuring accuracy and organisation in all aspects of the role What We’re Looking For: * Strong computer skills – must be confident using Word & Excel * Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * A flexible, adaptable approach to work * Prior experience in admin, goods-in, or logistics (preferred but not essential) Ready to join the team?
