Salary: Up to GBP50,000.00 per annum dependant on experience
Location: Park School, Chipping Norton, OX7 5QH
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

The ideal candidate will be an inspirational teacher looking to develop the curriculum and be a person who thrives in a fun, yet challenging environment.
We are looking for an exceptional classroom teacher with high expectations of learning and behaviour, who has a good understanding of school improvement and is creative in your teaching to strive to bring the best out in pupils. It is essential you have a passion of building strong relationships with young people through trauma in forms and restorative working.
Being someone who is resilient and approachable, a good communicator who is able to inspire and motivate pupils but also can remain clam under pressure and have a sense of humour.
