Lead Engineer Tottenham court road £50,000 - £53,000 This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrical bias engineer to join one of the UKs leading building services providers. Our clients are looking to expand their team by adding an experienced and motivated Electrical maintenance Engineer. Our clients are renowned for upskilling their engineers and providing them with further on site training. To be successful for this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent + 17th Edition regulations as a minimum), at least 3 years experience within building maintenance and a client facing attitude. Job Duties: PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Completing logbooks and RAMS Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary. Electrical Engineer Requirements: Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering / Installations (C&G / NVQ / EAL or equivalent + 17th edition minimum) At least 3 years experience as an Electrical Engineer Live in commutable distance  Good understanding of mechanical plant equipment  Client facing attitude  Salary and Benefits: £50,000 - £53,000 Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm Company pension scheme  25 days annual leave + Bank holidays  Additional training  Internal progression  Overtime available  Exposure to a high end commercial property  Join a market leading building service provider
