Senior Financial Services Administrator 📍 Location:Nottingham Hybrid (3+ days in the office) 💰 Salary: £28,500 - £32,000 (dependent on experience & qualifications) 📅 Start Date: ASAP Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and professional environment? We’re looking for a Senior Administrator to join our growing team and provide high-level support to Financial Planners. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a strong background in processing investments, ISAs, VCTs, Trusts, and pension transfers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! What You’ll Be Doing ✔ Supporting Financial Planners with research, valuations, and processing of new business ✔ Managing client administration including trust work, death benefits, ISAs, IHT, VCT & EIS products ✔ Preparing client meeting materials such as agendas, suitability reports, and review letters ✔ Liaising with clients and providers as a key point of contact ✔ Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations, including Consumer Duty ✔ Working with industry-leading software such as Iress Xplan and AWS Morningstar What We’re Looking For ✅ Minimum 3-4 years experience in financial services administration ✅ Strong knowledge of investments, trusts, and pensions ✅ Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task ✅ Proficiency in IT & software tools (Xplan, Morningstar, MS Office) ✅ Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach What We Offer 💷 Salary: Up to £32,000 (DOE & qualifications) ⏰ Flexible working: 35-hour week, early Friday finish (4 PM), hybrid working options 🎓 Career development: Exams & study materials funded after probation 🏖 Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays (increasing to 30 with service) 📜 Benefits: Workplace pension, Death in Service (2x salary), Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) 🎯 Annual discretionary bonus (after one year of service) 🚫 Please note: This is a senior administration role with no progression into paraplanning or advisory positions. 📩 Ready to apply?
