A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join a dynamic and innovative manufacturing business based in Manchester. The company is a European leader in high-quality display graphics used across exhibitions, retail, live events, stadia branding, and interior installations. With cutting-edge production facilities and a diverse portfolio of clients, this role offers the chance to shape the marketing function from the ground up. The position offers a salary of up to GBP45,000, plus commission on converted sales leads.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and lead all marketing strategies and initiatives to support business growth

• Collaborate with the design team to produce impactful marketing collateral for print and digital

• Plan and execute marketing activities for trade shows, exhibitions, and digital campaigns

• Manage editorial content, social media presence, and promotional materials

• Build and streamline internal marketing processes and reporting structures

What Experience is Required

• Previous experience in a B2B marketing leadership role

• Strong skills in content creation, campaign planning, and brand management

• Excellent organisational and communication abilities

Salary & Benefits

Up to GBP45,000 (negotiable based on experience)
