GM - High End Artisan Food Hall - Daytime

An independent luxury Food Hall near Birmingham is on the lookout for a GM to oversee all the day to day operations. Areas include an onsite deli, butchers, caf?? with patisserie as well as the rest of the food hall including local produce. Majority of produce in the food hall is developed on the estate and used in other areas of the estate.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills but in a comfortable and relaxed way. You will drive a friendly and loyal team, you will identify business opportunities by communicating with your local suppliers and coming up with ideas creativeness and passionate when speaking about goods.
