Children Support Worker Role
Children Support Worker Skills / Qualifications :
Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) or earlier equivalent (NVQ) or willingness to attain this
Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate with residents, team members and other professionals such as social workers.
Exeperience in a residential setting or working and caring for young people with behavioral and emotional difficulties
