Digital Strategy Development : Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and website.
Content Creation & Management : Develop engaging content for email campaigns, web copy, and social media, and manage the content on the company's website using WordPress.
Campaign Execution & Monitoring : Run and assess marketing campaigns, including Go-to-Market and Partner Marketing, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with product managers and other departments to align marketing efforts with product goals and ensure smooth execution.
Performance Analysis : Track and analyse key metrics such as website traffic, audience engagement, and campaign performance to drive improvements.
Brand & Market Growth : Help build brand awareness, enhance online reputation, and explore new channels and strategies to support business expansion.
Profile
The successful Digital Marketing Manager:
Strong experience in digital marketing within the IT Services space , including social media, email, and website management
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organisational abilities to handle multiple projects
Knowledge of SEO (desirable but not essential)
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
