ADT Driver

Brownlee Cale are hiring for ADT Drivers for groundwork on a highways project in Gloucester on behalf of a Civil Engineering firm.

The role is due to start in 2-3 weeks.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper ticket (essential).
• Proven experience operating Articulated Dump Trucks on highways or civil engineering projects
• Experience with groundworks such as trenching, drainage, and site preparation, particularly on highways projects.
• Knowledge and understanding of site safety and operational procedures in a construction environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow instructions accurately.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks associated with groundworks and excavation.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with site supervisors and other team members.

Desirable Skills:

• Additional construction tickets or qualifications (e.g., CSCS, First Aid).
• Experience with highways-related machinery and tasks, such as road preparation, drainage installation, and traffic management
• Knowledge of machinery maintenance, fault identification, and troubleshooting.
